Discover
We start by talking through the client's needs, goals and plans, then work out how to organise the resources efficiently to achieve them.
At this stage, we discuss all the needs of the project in depth, in order to make everything clear before development begins.
At the end of this process, we have a complete document with the project requirements and all the resources needed to make it a reality.

Build
Based on the discovery phase, we build a comprehensive backlog for each product and work from it. The backlog is the list of every task required before the project can be considered done.
With the backlog ready, the project manager kicks off the scrum sprints and the full cycle of agile ceremonies.
Throughout this phase we apply our engineering best practices, and the client stays part of the process — reviewing progress and steering the product at every delivery.
Deliver
Once every feature is built to the requirements, we begin a round of human and automated testing designed to surface any flaws.
In addition, we review the business rules and the end-to-end operation of the application together with the client, answering questions and helping with the final delivery.
After that, we move on to preparing the cloud infrastructure and — of course — the long-awaited deployment to production.

- Support. We help with any situation, question or need the client has within the period agreed in the contract.
